Musanze ecosystem
Malonga fell in love with Rwanda and its exuberance, and his cooking conveys this passion for the country.
Rwanda is a fertile mountainous country with a large variety of ingredients and local produce. This talk will take us to Rwanda's Musanze, the district that produces the vegetables and fruit for his restaurant. An area influenced by a number of peoples such as the Masai, the Bantu and Zulus.
Malonga continues to travel through the country and Africa too in search of new ingredients. Musanze is but a small sample of the continent's culinary potential.
