The produce of the land enhanced by soil with some very special characteristics.
There have been many long discussions of volcanic soils. And for good reasons. Their properties give the produce grown in them a special kind of added value. This is the case of the local legumes.
They will be the topic under discussion at this round table, where again we will see how volcanic terrain specifically affects legumes. We will study this in the Canary Islands, and also in Catalonia and France.
