Fina Puigdevall is the winner of this second edition of Worldcanic.
Fina Puigdevall runs a restaurant located between two volcanoes whose last activity dates back 8,000 years. Les Cols** (Olot, La Garrotxa) is volcanic cuisine, from the environment, reflecting the landscape and nourished by it. For all this work of conservation and vindication of its own, this year Worldcanic will give the first edition of the congress award to Fina Puigdevall.
