Official inauguration of the world's only congress in which vulcanology, agriculture and the cuisine of volcanic areas all over the planet come together to share experiences and knowledge.
At this second Worldcanic congress, scientists and chefs from Europe, Asia, America and Africa will continue their discussions to guarantee a sustainable future for the new generations.
María Dolores Corujo, the head of Lanzarote's "Cabildo" government, and Benjamín Lana, head of Vocento's Gastronomy division, will be officially inaugurating the congress.
